Whether you envision a classic layered cake, a modern minimalist design, or something bold and extravagant, our custom cakes are made with premium ingredients and expert craftsmanship. From light, fluffy sponge to rich, decadent fillings, we create bespoke cakes that are as delicious as they are stunning.

The newest addition to Catering by Toby Forster, these canapés have been designed to add a touch of luxury to your next event. Whether that be an intimate cocktail party or a formal corporate event, these canapés will bring your next event to another level. Our canapés are made with local New Zealand produce and feature flavours from across various cuisines, making each mouthful an exciting flavourful experience. We are big on the little details and will ensure each canapé is made to our highest standards. To ensure these high standards are met, we will personally attend your event to plate luxury canapés. A roaming service is also available at an additional cost.
